THE ACCIDENT:


1-4/5-12 accident North Witaker & Erie, driver proceeded while I was not seated and fell on bus when Nick (driver) took off,
whacked knee/ *later told broke neck c-5,c-6 & injured lower back (3 bulged disk) * (was a female witness there)
1-6-12 peggy barber told me to check neck lump when cutting off Santa hair/beard
1-11-12 told company of fall owner called in pm to tell to go to hospital in the am next day
1-12-12 to wmc doctor who sent me to emergency then to Jeff hospital after CAT scan/ MRI revealed broke neck
1-17-12 surgery and then immediate dismissal as soon as they discovered that W.M.C. was
refusing to cover it and I had no insurance and since...


THERAPY - NONE
Waiting on workmans comp hearing April 24th 2012
WMC is either going to comply or I then can
apply for state insurance to get the therapy going.

Iwas fine at the 50th birthday party they threw for me at my friend Marys house on New years eve 2012 many oics and witnesses I was fne as all could say I am a show man ..Musician. all around helping good guy.

I was wondering why I was falling/loosing balance since the surgery
I said somethings still not right to many people.. TRUE There are more alements from the
accident as I learned 4-4-2012 about 3 bulged disk in lower back area.
Doctor Jallo showed us on the MRI but was not treating it??? I might need another surgery in 6 months.
Dr. Jallo gave me no restrictions for the neck but without the proper therapy and treatment I do not know the
extent of the nerve damage from spinal cord injury. I do not have insurance and have not had help since the surgery. I have had no medications or other since the surgery. the pain at times is an 8 on 1-10 scale doing very light excercise waiting for outcome for insurance.

What Happened at Jefferson after the 30 days visit Dr.Jallo lifted all restrictions even said he could drive...90 day still not fusing on top said come back in September to see if he had to do a 2nd surgerybut refused to see him and would not accept his insurance that we actually split up for him to get because I as making to much at the time. Jallo showed no compassion towards my husband.at all
About The I.M.E. Report He can drive pulls over and parks Periodically if needed only does immediate area and he never had surgery on his big toe. His boss took care of him so he didn't have too. True he got hurt at work but never claimed it. He is not sue happy and wished those responsible would of stood up at the time instead of going this route also on page 9, Can you explain? how is he employable yet limitted to all the restrictions, sitting, standing..5 hours really? He is up and down every 20-30 minutes stands a while then sits/lays down. and the whole disc problem happened waiting for Workmans Comp to comply on his case, we blame them, if they would of took responsibility for him being hurt at work (it was on a school bus where he worked) he might of not become permanently disabled
