In this time she aquired her own firm and she was my first lawyer who actually got my claim situated. I often wondered what happened to her as the last 4/5 years just went by dormant. So God, sent me an angel, and she takes no shit,
AND this lil lady knows her law and I have things the other firm wasted 4 years on, in 2 weeks since she came here and I released the previous firm, bcc'd her when she received it I signed the contract IN MINUTES and WHOA what a 360 in my life. After a 6 year HELL CAROUSEL ride of BS, hook stories and procrastination. and a UR that is totally a Malpractice suit.and knowingly not that I have to honor the agreement about being on social media, just learned through the experience that they will and do come on your page even under false pretenses and take pictures and information and twist it and your now having to prove that they are liars and that's how they keep you looped, well the awesome little Barracuda I just signed on with is to busy and does not have time to waste, she will not tolerate it.
In the 1 month I have been with her, I have the things it took the last firm 4 years to get, well tried to get so I was told, resulted in my wife had to do the leg work.

Yes it’s the nerves being Cut from the surgery and the 4 inch bone spurs pushing against my epiglottis (voice boX) giving the Neurons a false positive to the brain and it lets food into my lungs, ALL OF THIS IS FROM THE FUSION KEN! I was an entertainer, producer before this I HAD A LIFE! I rarely seen doctors at all in my life, I was healthy as a Horse, I have good days, bad days, days I won’t get out of bed and days I don’t even need my cane.
Dude this all stems back to Jallo and why the nerves are the way they are, they screwed up and are trying to cover it up, how about the fall after surgery? I was un attended, fell in the bathroom from a broken pipe dell forward into a porcelain sink that could of cut the nerves just re attached, I don’t know remember still under anesthesia but did rush me down for a c-scan at 10:30 that night after surgery, proves I fell. they refused my 3rd post op visit (Malpractice) because I think they know they screwed up. And for the record he got in one with my wife. He refused to treat me and sent me back to Jallo why my wife said time to leave, he slammed the door and screamed at her what degree do you have? And belittled my wife, which my sons will be handling after all this is over he wants to keep lies going, security was there and he was doing most of the screaming. See if there’s video we have nothing to hide! Bottom line he was an inconsiderate asshole!…. No I had to go, you said Doctor Levin said that and I KNOW he didn’t & I had to prove them liars so he can sue the shit out of some of these yo yo’s. So if I didn’t have to go then why all the fuss? Why place me in situations that could hurt me and send me on road trips? What kind of justice is this, all you guys have a different book? Or play at your own risk, my daughter came to you’s for help and it’s been a nightmarish circus ever since. So I am calling the state police and filing a report against Vickie Eckert from PMA Group for falsifying information, badgering a witness through harassment and by passing his lawyers using threats to get what she wants? You tell me Or do I apply for a grand jury hearing and bring ALL THE SHIT OUT ON THE TABLE??? Remember if I expire this falls under involuntary manslaughter! We did all we were supposed to, 21 disc of medical information to prove it.

You don’t have to go the IME.
However, when I last saw you on May 3, 2017 I was greatly concerned about your health. I feared you may have something else going on besides your accepted and non accepted WC injuries.
You told me you had trouble swallowing and you also most had no lower body strength or coordination. Dr Levin wanted you to been seen by a neurosurgeon. You saw a neurosurgeon at Princeton Brain and Spine but got into a verbal argument.
The ALS language came from the reports from Princeton Brain and Spine. They wanted to rule out ALS and recommended an EMG.

You never called back about these test Monday 9:00 am. Now your catch 22 here is, they contacted the claimant, not his attorney as the claimant never received the wheel chair the Judge promised. so reschedule it for lack of using proper channels, AGAIN they should of mailed you first (what the hell do you’s get paid for other than to hear us bitch about the handling of this) so this also, NO ONES RESPONDED SINCE THE HEARING1 WHERE THEY AGREED ON THE WHEEL CHAIR! and you, your self never got back to us and no word on anything about this test, transportation etc. is Dev supposed to push him on the walker (again) and it’s this Monday by 9:00 am, (right before the hearing the 8th, (just a little to quick & shady) Ken have the E.M.G. rescheduled) and rip them for stepping on your hands and going to the claimant So with the drama and caught B.S. stories, the family contacted outside help. (To cover our own backs.) So what’s going on? We won our claim, and Juan said they were conceding so what bought this B.S. on? And the therapy equipment we purchased? Are they reimbursing it (what we were told the hearing was for by Juan, our daughter Trish said. And Ken I stand with my doctor B.H.Levin on this because we talked about it (P.L.S.) before in his office when he was checking my nerves. but that is doctor / patient confidentiality, and I have Wikipedia proof, they didn’t add the back just the top? So it’s as stated in the findings. Having a neighbor kid redo the journal to make it more of a specific list form and color it white to look clean. With the nav-bar in dated order. I called you so did my wife and since you didn’t call us back, I want my doctors to go over the results before court, or I will reschedule the apt. for after the 8th. Already obtaining letter from Dr. Levin that he did NOT say A.L.S. he wrote or meant P.L.S. So I go for this test and miraculous results pop up right before court ( We were informed how long it would take to get results) and Dr. Levin’s office wants copies of the results also for their purposes, I will write every name in O.C. to the state bar if this comes up negative… And why are they sending things to me, why are they harassing me? Dr. Bruce H. Levin stated what he said and they are still going to push it? so I consider it enough rope to hang their selves It’s mental anguish and not proper, I shouldn’t be having constant panic/anxiety attacks worrying about the ride or falling again…. , they should be sending it to your firm not to me, you should be contacting me explaining it so I can understand it.
