My wife Deb worked for the company for 7 years. She became friends with theowner, dispatcher and knew how to drive a bus. she would do extrathings around the depot assit the owner with replacing parts such as tail lights and other aspects. By dropping her off and picking her up I got to know them also to a point if the alarm went off inthe middle of the night we would be called and run down to the yard (we lived 7 blocks away, closest) and check it out. Police are auto triggered so (check police records as we had to show ID and sign a form) for proof. Then they asked me to do guard duty from 10pm-6pm and I was in. (picture proofs above links) Off the books but it was something... Deb continued doing her job she was a professional driver and good at her job she was allowed to bring her bus home during the internal time strip before going back to pick the children to take them home. Deb always looked out for her kids (ask tons of parents from St Cecelias) and her company. At times she would repark all the buses in correct line order as other drivers were not as courteous. I being replaced for a camera lol was made an attendant on a juvenille delinquent route (because of my size) and worked with a driver named Dan...that started that, So now I was an attendant still off the books, (didnt like that) So we continued for a couple years in the siummer Deb had her summer school runs, I cleaned buses (off the books) and then late Sept 2011 I was put on the books for Our lady of confidence. we both had legal jobs, it was great we never missed a day w, we both had seperate runs but things in commen to talk about later at night. Then my incident with Nick driving while he was in training ended my career and made me special needs, Deb continued her job but was treated different because they were refusing to give me workmans comp, she lost priviledges like bringing home her bus when other employees were allowed and not called in for any extra runs and they basically blacklisted her (using me as the excuse as you can see in the photo), After all the things & favors we did for them to treat us this way and me (guess they thought I wouldn't do anything about it). It's wrong and we live7 blocks away, the owner dropped Deb off when we didn't have a vehicle and knew where we lived and not once did he or anyone stop over to see how I was. Deb was treated like a stranger, it broke her heart , she looked up to the owner Joe like a father figure she worked hard for what she achieved then they just pulled the rug out from under her , because of me? Our jobs were totally different why the hostile treatment towards her? and why was my name bought into their work deligations? They had no right to treat her this way over The company and my situation. I then knew we were just being used and not their friends, so I need my bills paid, further surgeries etc. so thats why your on this site, to prove we are not liars. see photo galleries on above top links they prove all the extra work we did that they tried to dispute.
