Slanderous remarks Became a hostile environment when WMC rejected payment... Why was I sent to Jefferson?After my incident I reported it (although afraid I would get laid off *again*) and was sent to their work doctor, who sent me to Frankford WMC Doctor, who sent me to Frankford ARIA (next door) who said I have neck damage (broken neck) and 3 bulged disc in my lower back, My neck was out of their hands and they sent me to Jefferson. Well at Jefferson it was like the twilight zone for the bits and pieces I remember, my wife knows more..I was treated well at first and theey were pumping me with all kinds of stuff valume,tylenol and for mri morphine and adavanze (clusterphobic) they gave me 3 doses (enough to nail a heard of rhinos) I had an incredible hulk like reaction to it it amped me up instead back to my room with the other drugs still coming regularly, was then prepped for surgery, during surgery I woke up because I had to pee they asked me a few questions I reacted nastily from the anesthia they made comments a nurse said doctor you cant do that he told the anesthiologist put him back out..I awoke with my arm throuh a bed rail and wentto move it thought I broke it, I was alone, had to pee so went to the bathroom (didnt look or see a bed pan) I moved likea robot I couldn't feel anything from my neck down. I noticed the toilet was leaking I didnt care, I hadd to go so I went and trying to stand back up my foot slipped in the water I went foward falling with my upper chest hitting the sink off to my front right, hit the floor by then someone came in found me and they rushed me for another c-scan. I was transferred to pt part and treated like crap because wmc still was rejecting the claims.. after 2 days and having a watcher writing all I said and did but not assisting I called my lawyer Steve Bruccoleri who came to my room made me sign contracts and then he left...they discharged mesoon after putting a collar on my neck giving me a script for 8 pills, a cab voucher and sent me on my way complaining another freebee... I went home almost falling out of the cab because no one was home or notified. My 30 day visit Dr. Jallo came in had me go downstairs get an xray said tops not taking, but told me I dont have to wear a collar and lifted restrictions (wife and daughter were present) and left. 90 day visit Same thing sent for xray and told tops still not fusing come back in November and well see if I have to go back in to replace it, 6 months I barely moved so it would heal right and even had to seperate from my wife because my lawyer dropped me (for none compliance ????) so applied for medical while there. come time to see Dr. Jallo and he refused to see me, would not accept my insurance and wouldn't even come out to talk to us and we were afraid then I needed a 2nd surgery..he out and out neglected me, started it and wouldn't finish because Workmans Comp was still in denial. yet he also denyed the 3rd post op visit, medical negligence. This is where I started my battle, do something to me and don't finish it? this is NOT the last time we will meet. Then I met Ken Spivack..the rest is abundant throughout the site.

Mr. Pereira's Hep C was easy to pinpoint because he keeps records of every thing Traced it to the 4 bags used during the neck fusion at Jefferson and nothing before just after. So Dr. Lee, Don't think I forgot the conversation when I was bought This is a task, racing all the records back to where this was not found to trace to the next area and further going through my algorithm's and know he DIDN'T Have it before all this, He don't go out much, don't drink, don't drink after people. keeps to himself. permanent nerve damage, It had to be from blood work from the fusion. We donated blood at music for Mickey and 2013 he was denied & we didn't do 2012 because of his incident..hmmmmm little extra for doctors but was never informed but from which time 3 times since surgery, pre op for Fras, for Kim, and Santora for his stomach?? have to check, and the ones who did the test. regardless had this Claim went the way it should, would of never went this route.

Hope she enjoyed robbing him of all this time proving he was not in his wheelchair, Was she supposed to know the doctor gave a script for home therapy for bed sores? Did she remember him walking in to the court room and almost falling? and the Judge ordered him to a wheel chair for being a fall risk?, not a licensed surgeon, physician? because I do know, I was there. Now she waited so long and having seen so many doctors the procrasinator killed him by him contracting Hep "C" in the wait for her tactics, Him seeing and being sent to different doctors trying to find help and then this while trying to get help? Because of your dragging games you, made it possible to catch a life altering desease and should be held accountable for it.. If he had the care he was supposed to have in the begining. instead of being sent home with a collar and cab voucher. (should of been by ambulance on a back board) (keep focus here) When he fell on the bus at work, and he broke his neck or we wouldn't be going through this...He would be out creating/promoting like he used to do.... He was into MEDIA, like he didn't love his hobbie? He has been so depressed and falling out of the loop killed his spirit. Along with the judicial failures of this ongoing dramatic event.!
Now he's never going to be able to do more than he was limited to before on top of feeling sorts because we have to wear gloves to treat him, his own utensils. etc. he has really sunk low.., Thank N.F. for us.
