As my daughter Sandra resided in my house until 10/2023, still in my name because of this harrasement. Vivicloud.comThe P.T.S.D. that left me into learning investigative reporting and documented on websites with video and pictures (yet I never lived there, she was renting from Bill a couple years before she & the family got P.T.S.D. from DHS) and now 6 years of unfounded allegations and fabricated harasment and the case was closed, DHS Dropped the case after they were video taped (shown in journal ( http://www.vivicloud.com )
Much over the journal's abundance of proof, I bought the proprty as stated at settlement 6/1/16 to stop city DHS employees targeting her over false allegations I am a witness and I wanted to make sure my 4 grand children always had a home. which has gone a different direction and I am left with the burden of a new sewer line and a $2.000.00 gas lean on the proprty from when she rented it from the previous owner so I had to purchase the property with a lean. I have never lived in the property this is all while my daughter resided there presently.. Until the P.T.S.D. have since KICKED IN because of the smell of raw sewage and harrasing DHS calles by neighbors , I have since been operated on, a new neck, Relearning how to walk again graduated Physical Therapy and the repairs (nuts and bolts, rehold tools and just functioning) are like occupational Therapy and I am handling the repairs from it all. Why I bought The House, My grand Children so DHS Would leave them alone 1 problem, I was stuck in a bed!!!!

2731 Helen street property damage. This does not have anything to do with my other journal for the water problems I had at 2737 Helen street from 2735 although the owner of 2733 after renting 2733 had a guy named Felix who passed away 2 years ago but was illegally renting the house out, Check maling address of all the people they rented to and we told them that they are renting it out illegal as you could hear the activity through the walls remember I was stuck in a bed it went through the walls, in 10 years the property went through a few banks and even a morgage company or 3 and you see by the pictures in that journal. I rode the phone like a horse reported it every time. But just shows what were dealing with here and this is a case all in itself. (shown in journal (and this 2735 issue went on until the new owner showed the broken sewer lines prooving the water was NOT coming through the back room (shown in journal ( 2735 and E.C.A. Screwed up my other house all this is under the same family that owns 2733 )
Just so you know this isn't my first rodeoECA demolished.so its a journal like this and thee gas was on for 11 years in an abandoned dwelling.but fingers point back to the owner of 2733's father. )On 10/17/2018 this accident / mishap occured
We tried to contact the Owner of 2733 Helen street, all she had to do was get the guys insurance and had the area repaired, Now it is creating a headache of almost a year of neglect. Rain water has gone down the hole washing away the foundation as you can see at the end of the video the pole is aimed n,ne from the car running over it and turning left and hitting our neighbor Rossa. and under ground the pole shifted the dirt along with it shifting the sewer line, recently back in the begining of September 2019 Sandra called Active Drain Cleaning service who could not get to the trap area , from inside, or outside. Sandra was told by the workers she would have to have the sidewalk dug up for it to be repaired correctly.

We repeatly tried to get the information even giving Rossa's lawyer the videos below to prove her case.

Why he abruptly stopped, hit my neighbor. Not to mention he was DEAD, Yes He Overdosed and was dead behind the wheel, the police narcained him 3 times to revive him, once revived was taken away in hand cuffsthe passenger was the one turning the wheel. from the right side. I am fortunate that none of the children were outside playing on the sidewalk like 10 minutes before.

My wife Deborah went to the hospital with Rossa and they were there for hours waiting according to my wife. They had no spanish interpetor (?) We are friends with them, Gabriel helps us with our cars and we have been friends since they moved in a few years previously.

The one thing that bothred me is I wanted to start to fix it up after I bought it but was bed bound from a previous accident and lately had another surgery and they got me back on my feet. Now I am dealing with the ripple effect and it's been hell all because I wanted to make sure my grand kids had a home, weird thing is the owner knew of the conditions and the smell was everywhere ,We had ours fixed under a helpdesk loan from the water company, they never had theirs repaired for 4 years and they all lived there 2 adults and 2 kids??? Yet I had to send mine away? but we are the bad guys for calling it in???? something isnt right and she finally had the authorties tell her to have it repaired , In all this time my foundation was washing away and all you smelled was raw sewage until June 2023 and she halted up the contractor and told them not to finish the cement she would have one of her people do it. well seen by the story of how that contributed to the weakening foundation of the front of my house and all ,The Police, The water company and inspectors agree that non of this was my fault.
So I took matters in my own hands because of the neighbors getting on me for the transiants and now I could walk upright (barely) I had to pay a helper to do labor for me
Almost between $15,000.00 & $20,000.00 and probably still climbing now CLS got in touch with me from City Councilman Mr. Mark Squilla, Thankyou so much sir. Never heard from Quality Plumbing again
Where I started to the present under the video of the city trucks running over my new pipes I had to take a helpdesk loan out for. They have had an open sidewalk for over half a year and the rain water was coming in the basement from outside with the smell of the contaminated soil from the plumbing job by Quality Plumbing who still say the owner fired them and it was left like that Then 4th of July the tennants were drinking by later that night the kids were out side and tthey were drunk , PDA's came into play. The kids were out side and their door was ajar you could hear the talk between them putting me into an awkward situation as the kids were asking what different words were or meant. I replyed with ask your parent, I did not need the drama I was in a mood parents aniversary was the 2nd and my dad passed on the 4th 1995,
The maleToby Figaroa took out his scooter and took off. I was mad because my grandson who listened to them asked me what a whore was? I went to the steps and hollered in for them to close the door there were kids out side. THEY HAD TALKED SOME OFF THE WALL STUFF, Corina Rodriquez came to the door mumbling, so I asked her to close the door because of the kids. she wondered back in I told the kids go up the block I went in and told my wife what had hapopened. The next day I approached the neighbor and told her how angry I was beeing put in that predicament, she was like what? so I told her what happened and from now on please just talk to me from out back. I was still angry and I repeated what I heard, I said was what they said to each other. Well she must of still been drunk and twisted that around to where her husband/babies dad came to my door telling me about taking advantage of his wife? WTF? 10 years with these people and all the sudden now I am accused of accusations that never happened like touching his wife errrr? 1, not my type and my parents raised a better person than that 2, had a broken neck = not stimulated even for my wife. I can't believe this & trying to go there???, he beat the crap out of his babies momma that an ambulance had to be called, then went telling my neighbors his fabrication I'm twisted, I want to press charges for Slander, we have cameras up and when he went to my wife after hitting my daughters friends boy friends car denting it, he then swung at my daughters hernia then assulted my wifeslamming her chest for her suggesting to go back over the cameras, She has mounted, He slammed her in the chest and she's still having problems with her chest since and again said dont get involved they are tennants (they live in it too, pew) well an ambulnce showed up for his lady/girlfriend and she went A.M.A. (clip2) AND THE POLICE DID TAKE HIM IN AND BOOKED HIM,. IT'S IN THE CLIPS BELOW I have not said 2 words to them since. July 4th but my wife did get a subpeona to go to court for Carina, I made sure she had the clip of being assaulted SINCE SHE TOLD ME NOT TO GET INVOLVED She can't do anything that I put in my journal..

After that I wonder if the house was properly sold as the old owner Michelle Mosharosh got a stimulus check there. and I never met this land lord. or are they squatting? I know that Michelles mom kept the house in her brothers name George Sterino. So the housee was left to Mickey? George passed away so who put it in her name and with that you also have to pay inhertance taxs. WHY I Believe something dont added up. Like the stealing water from my yard. This guy Felix who passed a few years ago also knew the people the tennants in 2733 knew why I ponder the legality of the deed transfer as Felix kept renting out 2735 to different people he was also stealing my water lost see 2735.francispereira61.com I want this matter straightened out and I want to press charges on the owner at the time and tennants for not riding her about it, they kept their kids their I had to send mine away? Which actually my grand children But my sister in laws and my family should be compensated for their decisions and fined emensely for intentional negligence.

Well the stone was cast into the pond by a person on drugs, then the ripple effect that sent Rossa to the hospital, then the pole knocked over 4ft above ground and 3 ft below which caused damage on 2 properties which are now in need of immediate repair. The smell of raw sewage lingers even though the pipes are fixed mine cost me $15.000 and a lot of mental anquish and I had to now hire a contractor to redo the basement foundation and the front of the house do you know how much that is? I want to press charges to the actual owner for all we lost and my daughter was a dancer she lost thousands in outfits in the basement flood and now we have to bleach the basement and 1st floor floors for sewage and or black mold. this is rediculous and we have notified the police since it happened. why no response? She needs to find the unknown insurance co. repping the driver, police would have that.is being seeked by the car accident victim legal aid says Rossa;s lawyer Jose, who when last asked was still trying to find the insurance company. (?) said it was in Tennessee , what ever because it didn't effect me until it hit THEIR POLE and the bottom shifted over
The tennants have issues as well as my daughter and her family, but who don't? They should of reported it to their landlord. The landlord should of approached me because it was her damage, she should of asked if it affected my pipes, BUT NO!! (and a sneaky illegal vibe that something isn't right here and it got worse) permitted work to try to cover it up. (well the smell said different, bad enough that my daughter snapped because she was afraid that D.H.S. was called about the smell so she freely gave temporary custody to her aunt and then ended up in the loop of zombies and became an addict to a point that she let the house go completely and people were breaking in to get high, I was just learning to walk again from a spine and neck fusion. Bed ridden 10 years *MORE BELOW*) Back to the pipes breaking, Only never took out the old stack pushing mine off the trap (when putting in their 2nd circular stack with the blue as covered) and new cement around it.but for proof of the pole its in there., But look at the video, my daughter gives the lady a hug, and the pole that created the damage is standing on the 2733 property ground.

The sad part is this is the beginning of the almost end for Sandra and myself as the owner.
Which leads to the situation we are now in, VICTIMS! with plumbing problems begining and worsening.

And the repair that they rigged, (see the pictures.) now has water backing up both addresses because they just did a cover up.. so I am trying to get my pipes fixed without having to follow the proceedure , being left with no other alternative.but to sue for a response.
And after confronting the owner, she had this amateur fix done and actually leaving the pipe and leaving the old stack between ours and her new one, it shoved mine more away (there old one is over my property line) from the trap and now we both are gettinng back ups, sad thing is to get anything done I'm going to have to follow the legal route because none of this was of our doing and the pole was on her side walk not ours.when they were putting the dirt back into the hole they pushed the existing pipes away with the dirt so THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! I just got a citation for it from the water dept. and I'm not paying for something thats not my fault. Yet I call to complain about the illegal hook up that pushed my stack off the trap.
I have to apply for a low incvome loan to get the work done as seen below the paid bill, the citation. which should of went to the owner of 2733 but instead it came to my address? I called to file a complaint.

Imagine living in urine and feces (RAW SEWAGE) and keeping your kids in that environment for 4-5 years? talk about denial??? WTF????

.And still we smell raw sewage! the water was 3 ft deep and 2729 had a foot of water in their basement until I made my way through the flood water to remove the drain cap from the new sewer line then all the water went down how we seen the water coming through the wall. but wrecked a samsung washer and dryer and a deep freeze box not to mention a few thousand in dance outfits, music equipment, holiday storage and more, what do you put in your basement? Think about it.
What I went through while trying to get help, even found out from L&I that the owner had no renters license for the last 11 years So I had a little money in the bank from my schoolbus accident and tried to do it myself but it took a toll on my body and funds had to get help, in multiple ways

And while I was doing all this the city went and rode trucks over my new pipes on December 5th,2023 and the owner of 2733 to this day 1/4/2024 still never covered her concrete

.And still we Adding my situation, disability and how I was left to deal with it alone, Only help was The Squilla Team at City Hall. Then I am going to the PBA about probono lawyers , since the situation happened (the other owner 2733) may have exceeded her statutes but mine is an ongoing issue and no real inspector to see what happened and is going on and what will happen because I am a total victim forced by the city to take the repairs and the emotional wreck that's it's leaving me having to get a help desk loan from the PWD to get the plumbing fixed and then since the owner never dealt with the situation and there was raw sewage smells outside nextdoor and my basement until we got tired of waiting and I had to pay help to get rid of stored goods in the basement which was quite emotional and someone called DHS and reported raw sewage smells outside they wanted to come and check my grandchildren my daughter knew I had the water company fix it still sent the kids to there aunts because of PTSD from DHS which I also obtained from the past see www.vivicloud.com and see the shape of the house before it escalated to the hell that I am dealing with. My daughters had a break down and turned to drugs, and we tried all we could with that while still dealing with the dwelling situation while to this day 2/2/24 they are still homeless and In the streets. Now I'm doing the floors that is the end of the damage from 2731 the rest is cosmetic and from vagrants using it as a drug house. We lost a lot and the few pictures and things I put here on this tree all because I wanted to do something for my grandkids, I didn't ask for any of this. This and the actions of others created my own hell in which I need help with I almost exhausted my funds to fix and repair the property while city trucks destroy the outside work by the water company that I had to take a loan out for and the owner of 2733 has never shown their face, a city official told the tenants living there that the owner had no license to rent? This is about a pole she had on her property that destroyed both of our sewer lines but was her place to get the information from the police from the car accident video provided and the streets dept poured salt into the wound by riding over unfinished cement work out side creating a new visible sink hole. He picked on my daughter while I was stuck in a bed, last I heard he was in prison for holding a couple of women hostage in west Philly, and robbed 8 apartments and after what he did to my daughter and grand children, I believe it. I never gave him permission to live in my house and he even told the police he owned it, I had to produce a deed but now I heard what he is being held for $750,000.00 bail I believe it all just from my issues with him because he would hold my grand children over my daughters head with threats to D.H.S. and they wonder why we all have P.T.S.D. from D.H.S. and he is so good at playing the victim. He said it so often that my older grand children did it and called on their selves, I guess just to get out of the situation. And he said it so much they figured it out. He is sick and one of the reasons we sent the kids to live with my sister in law besides the neighbors smell of raw sewage.

I having to get a stay away order 3 years ago (but now I'm on my feet) she ended up on drugs and lately has been missing.+- She has a bench warrant because he said if she went to court he would lie and have the kids taken from her. He totally trashed my property & the basement flood did the rest to which is shown through out this journal before being taken by social services blaming my daughter for everything, and without the kids my daughter lost it, then the house became riddled by drug addicts and I was still learning to walk and went down and took control of my property as you see in this journal my neighbors were threatening to have L&I seal my house... He came by and I went to my door he seen me walk and ran, after he found out I had a sucessful surgery May 25 2022 and was able to walk again he stayed away. I double his size and still in the property and doing the repairs because the negligent home owner of 2733 who left their sewer lines broke even after I had mine fixed (2-3 years) the smell was from next door 2733, why the hole is still on the sidewalk and rain washing away my dirt foundation making my sidewalk a sink hole. But some one called DHS saying the smell was coming from my house, I am still having problems over the situation. (Ergo the journal) And found out my sister in law is trying to get custody of the kids, I DO HAVE RIGHTS WHICH INCLUDE GRAND PARENTS RIGHTS!!!!!

CLS contacted me today 1/4/2024 thanks to Councilman Squilla, they wanted pictures of the damage as of today so I revised the page to show the hell a disabled person is going through, thank God we have a new Mayor Parker who has plans on taking care of Kensington and it's drug riddled problems which falls right in my catagory.

As of January, 2024 the shifting soil finally made my inlet pipe break, what of other things? So I also got Alstate Homeowners insurance and covered. also filed complaints with many city offices.

I still want restitution

I said before I want restitution for my lost asets, did all I could to have her arrested for negligence, renting with no license and other home owner acts she didn't have as a property owner.
So is there an Organizatioon or someone who can help aa disabled tax paying citizen who just spent 10 years in a bed from a broken neck? Got an operation and is able to do some things just not everything and remember... I AM A 100% VICTIM HERE, NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT
