Water Damage From 2735
 This house was owned by 1 of the nicest families I knew and when they sold it over a decade ago to Acey Gomez (last known owner) the bank forclosed on her mortgage, it was squatter world, This guy Felix was moving families in and out said the guy around the corner owned it, Ozzie which we found out 10 years later was a lie and we have already made calls for illegal hook ups and once I was out of the hospital bed (all during an ECA renovation) and barely able to walk. I was out 2x's at the time and, medicated and being taken advantage of while waiting 12 years for help with this nusance property
calls to the Police for squatters, for water theft, for the back falling down and for fire also called L & I repeatively for violations that were never recorded or handled, cleaners for mortgage companys and banks it was turned over to hud then back to the city, you know the basic run around.

Although as of 9/2019 L&I came out and sealed it, the water still comes in the back. even though E.C.A. said we would never see another drop by removing the room I was under meds or would of explained the problem, but they had it all figured out, NOT!.

The back of the house had one of the cleaning companys cover the back wall which had holes in it, they covered it with cheap vinyl siding. Also the bricks are falling, the only thing holding up the back is Mr.Zavislaks metal roofs metal structure (he did a great job, I was a kid when he did it.) and holding up that back room, also fire damaged.
E.C.A. WRECKED MY HOUSE!

They take advantage of disabled people. Even under medication I had to sign paper work. E.C.A. Displaced me, stuck in a cold house in winter, doors open, wife had to move our stuff to a Pod or the trash from basement flood, They removed a racoon from the roof crawl space.

Daughters claim in their room some items were missing. and their were no permits for their shabby work. and never finished.
While going through all this shit, my neighbor won a contest, and they rebuilt the back of our home and little to the winner, they removed the back room never showing or leaving copies of permits. Called Steve Luxton , Chuck, Darren or Daryl Clarkson and no responce other than a secretary saying that Chuck had all that information. The same one who said to my wife let us knock down the back and you'll never have water in your basement again well they trashed the basement also. And guess what, still getting water because it's coming from the house next door so they did all that (with no permits) for nothing.The city said to sue them, all I know is I was wacked on drugs from the doctor and had no idea what was going on. When I came around I realized that ECA Wrecked my house. they left up half work and did shabby work inside put in hoses and took my copper pipes but the back was gorgeous but 2 problems, 1. it should of been my neighbor who won and I still need copies of the demolition and other permits. I never signed for this, if I did they took advantage of a newly disabled person still in shock and on meds. and now the backroom had the washer and dryer in it which is now in my Kitchen? and I am supposed to just put up with it because I am disabled. Never posted anything in the windows, no license, approvals anything we called osha and they wouldn't even come out to inspect it. the whole city system is a scam.This was done through N.K.C.D.C. who feel real bad about the situation and they (E.C.A.) wont even return their calls, actually I did this work when I was younger and I WOULDN'T HIRE ECA TO BUILD ME A DOG HOUSE! ILLEGAL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They put a 36 inch door on the back and the front is 28 the power wheelchair was 32 so how was it supposed to come in and out? On top right in the middle of winter my bed in the living room the door upening and closing, them showing up when ever they felt like it, it was BLANTENLY AND IGNORANTLY just WRONG! and they left it like that, they cut the upstairs sewer line because we called the top boss , taking advantage of disabled people. horrible company. And to this day nothing has been done about it. yet we call L& I on the house nextdoor 2735 for demolition before it collapses WEEKLY!

We lost thousands in music equipment and Holiday items, We do Santa Claus and suits go from 300-1200 dollars, 29 years experience. suits and items ruined as seen in trash pics

I wouldn't let them build a dog house. And did all of this with 1.No Permits or paperwork, 2. Avoidance after leaving, wont answer phones, won't send out any representative makes it all smell fishy to us. HEY! still waiting guys! grow a pair a face the music!........
2735 was bought, The new owner told me the pipes in the basement were broke

Living next to a time bomb for 12 years

So The Squatters were living large from stolen water from my house and free gas for hot showers

And they want me to pay the water for it? who's going to pay for the gas? I feel as though we should be exempt from having to pay the water. $8.500.00
