They picked up the chair for repair on 9-20-2013 for repairs from the elevator door closing on me during the fire drill (see Elevator) waiting for the return or a new chair...as of December I left Premiere due to drama and to far from home, Jan 2014 I have since transfered to Progress at H & Huntingpark (around the corner) and continueing there on my own insurance...
