Since the surgery in Jefferson when they did a botched reconstruction of my neck because Workmans Comp. said "They were not covering it"
2 days after surgery I was speedily put throught the out process to 2 days later semt hpme with a cab voucher and bootd me out, with no one home to greet me ,
wife was still at work. I needed insurance and the wife made to much so I had to move wit my daughter (also needed attention) and wife was working
but this was the only way I could get welfare and insurance to take care of my self 5 months later I returned home,wife was off and no doctors would
treat me necause I was still under the surgeons care 3 month visit he showed us 3 bulged disk in my lowerback and said he was more concerned my
neck wasn't fusing. 6 months later the top still didnt fuse so he said come in november. we go and he wont accept the insurance and wont see me...
I had been in bed almost a year and tottally not able to feel from my shoulders down...My wife called the Lawyer upset and...he dropped me.
