After a 6 year HELL CAROUSEL ride of BS, hook stories and procrastination. and a UR that is totally a Malpractice suit.and knowingly not that I have to honor the agreement about being on social media, just learned through the experience that they will and do come on your page even under false pretenses and take pictures and information and twist it and your now having to prove that they are liars and that's how they keep you looped, well the awesome little Barracuda I just signed on with is to busy and does not have time to waste, she will not tolerate it.

In the 1 month I have been with her, I have the things it took the last firm 4 years to get, well tried to get so I was told, resulted in my wife had to do the leg work.

While going through all this shit, my neighbor won a contest, and they rebuilt the back of our home and little to the winner, they removed the back room never showing or leaving copies of permits. Called Steve Luxton , Chuck, Darren or Daryl Clarkson and no responce other than a secretary saying that Chuck had all that information. The same one who said to my wife let us knock down the back and you'll never have water in your basement again well they trashed the basement also. And guess what, still getting water because it's coming from the house next door so they did all that (with no permits) for nothing.The city said to sue them, all I know is I was wacked on drugs from the doctor and had no idea what was going on. When I came around I realized that ECA Wrecked my house. they left up half work and did shabby work inside put in hoses and took my copper pipes but the back was gorgeous but 2 problems, 1. it should of been my neighbor who won and I still need copies of the demolition and other permits. I never signed for this, if I did they took advantage of a newly disabled person still in shock and on meds. and now the backroom had the washer and dryer in it which is now in my Kitchen? and I am supposed to just put up with it because I am disabled. Never posted anything in the windows, no license, approvals anything we called osha and they wouldn't even come out to inspect it. the whole city system is a scam.This was done through N.K.C.D.C. and they wont even return their calls, actually I did this work when I was younger and I WOULDN'T HIRE ECA TO BUILD ME A DOG HOUSE, ILLEGAL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They put a 36 inch door on the back and the front is 28 the power chair was 32 so how was it supposed to come in and out? And to this day nothing has been done about it. yet we call L& I on the house nextdoor 2735 for demolition before it collapses WEEKLY!

I remember being under anastesia still from the surgery and needed the bathroom and got up and drug my self over, the pipe was broke in the toilet the floor flooded and I sat when I stood being disrobed and shoeless my feet slid back behind the toilet I fell into the porcelin sink, by then someone realized I wasn't in bed and they got my wife, If you don't believe me check the surgery date 1/17/2012 and I was done after 4 and in recovery you will see an emergency c-scan at 10 30 ish and thats when it happened. So tell me who knows whats going on , down to conversations in and during the operation right Dr.Lee? (Jallo was late) so thank you for being so fucking good at your jobs that it cost me my grand daughter and thats my OPINION AND HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT, BECAUSE IT'S TRUE!!! They had to give up all the above to hold Mr.Pereira's hand while he waited, and waited and still WAITING!!! When is a court order or time decay come into play here? It all started from the neck injury and spreading ,

1. How did you explain a settlement to Fran he has a hard time talking and our phone is crap. .
2. What about these things that are happening now his hernia from lifting in and out of bed, the bone spurs and other issues occurring from the fallout and the what of the utilities for him to function? the script for a hospital bed, and motorized wheelchair, (I can't push him remember I dislocated my hand when he fell and I tried to get him up?) and what of a care giver as we plan to go back to work?, who's going to monitor him? maybe he wouldn't of had many of the falls he sustained if he had one but that was also their call and why was he neglected for one? & last 7 years forcing me to take care of him? The arguing and fighting he's been trapped inside under involuntary and controlled house arrest for lack of their payment. They created the problem by covering an illegal company. He is the VICTIM yet treated like a criminal.
3. What of later down the road and he needs medical treatment and what if he passes? Are they going to cover it?
4. What of my last 7 years taking care of him am I going to be compensated?
5. So you say they want to settle? I think I should contact my attorney and see what they recommend.
Because what I witnessed in his case was far from legal justice. 7 years of medical negligence and non responsive answers to adequate questions even seen a wheelchair payment held over his head to take an ALS test, IT COULD OF BEEN COURT ORDERED! See it's how the whole claim was handled? and it's been flawed from the start with bias.
We witnessed just a lot of talking and hollering over each other with false promises and I would testify to that in court.

Went into Temple hospital, had a endocolonoscopy didn't come out of the anastesia to calm but they removed 3 obstacles 2 in the throat benign and one from the intestine that was on the verge of going malignant . well thats done, HEP-C Gone (links to left <----) now lets see about the hernia so I can start some kind of therapy before can't walk anymore.
