To the rest of you, I updated the site last night and will be a lot as the medical proceedures progress in the future since I got a letter from the firm that represented them 9/1/2022 if I want to talk settlement? But are not representing them in the November trials? (last ditch effort?) Wow it never stops, down to the loss of a baby?  So you think I can put a price on my grand daughter Violet? Who's actions and work ethics resulted in my daughter having a miscarriage trying to help me up (which I witnessed and have nightmares still, the sack hanging between her legs) All from trying to pick me up off the floor when I fell because your slimy clients refused to follow the judges orders? I told him of the drama by the court and then the lawyer withdrawal and them saying it's stale, my daughters getting addicted to Fentanyl and how different family members have my grand kids. And how all this is affecting my home life. He seemed concermed with my falling to the left, and falling in general and I let my P.C.P. know everything. NESBITT and then giving me copies said This should of been admitted in your claim, I went home calling The Doctor in question and finding out about Dr. Brody's demise a little after my awarded claim (thank God he mailed the report before taking his actions or did he? Well regardles, here we are! (and the report is dated as seen above) 8/26/2013 before I was awarded my Claim 2/25/2016 which means the lawyers knew of it but didn't share ....WHAT IF?  Well it's 4/27/2022 After more testing and examinations the surgeon is looking at new surgery replacing the whole fusion from Jefferson which the surgeon said was a mess and how did this become? They didn't like Santa Claus? Well they planned surgery for May 25th They said the neck fusion I had was terrible (see bottom Log 5) for the video clip and a lot of irreversible damage and some they can save. , then informed my wife after I put up the video conference with the doctor who was just going to try to fix the disc above and below . After talking to my wife now they want to remove the work Jefferson hospital did and redo the fusion from the back = (I have a scar on my front neck for nothing, because (from the new surgeons view and agreed when I said they botched it for personal reasons) I mentioned this to people they thought I was still off from the surgery but this is the truth (Jefferson hosp. Surgeons: Dr.Jack Jallo and Dr. Christopher Lee 1/17/2012. Yea, remember me now? Look and see the tree  and Lee said he would slow me down from blogging my surgery because of his tasteless comments, Then from another view seen Jallo was late, came in told Lee to step aside and let him make his money...ask any of the surgical nurses because they mentioned "No Doctor" Lee also asked me "Hey you single? couple of these nurses would like a date with you") PERSONALLY IN MY OPINION! ( I wouldn't let Jefferson trim my toe nails in my opinion, in my diary, So now, do you believe in outer body experience? or maybe I wasn't under all the way but I also remember thhe male saying I need a bag of blood, a nurse said there is only 1 in storage but she thinks it was tainted with HEP-C well the male said so what get it anyway) Now we did a blood drive in 2011 "Music for Mickey" the Red Cross and I gave blood and it was fine. 2012 I couldn't participate but my wife did and 2013 they got me a ride because Mickey was my bass players fiance and when they tested me they said we can't use the blood you have to go see a doctor well I found out I had HEP-C so them bastards at Jefferson knew exactly what they were doing, And I KNOW WHAT I HEARD was true, Thank GOD! for Mavyret I took it 3 times a day for 12 weeks and was cured, it would of been sooner than 2018 but my legal team acted like I was stuck with it. Hey what did I know ? A doctor said to go to hepotology at the hospital I was diaagnosed and treated in 2018 since my last screening I had Hep-C antibodies and last year the last time I was screened by my P.C.P. it was cured.Now looking forward to A SCAR on my neck going down my back about 8-12 inches. have to call my primary and a cardiologist to clear me for surgery. hopefully I will be better than I am now. Looks like they are not missing a trick and the video conference are very quick and sending info via internet they have almost all they need, now I need to find courage why did they screw up the first one leaving narrowing of the spinal cord and the fusion to tight creating bulged disc above and below, WHAT IF? love ya's and please..... Even in the video the surgeons statement "It's a mess in there" what would you think? Just recieved a call from my wife that they just might have to remove the work Jefferson did and redo the fusion correctly the incision in my back could be 8-12 inches in length. the lawyers tongue to my wife made me call front lobe neurologist. at the same time my PCP found the records from
their doctor who found it in 2013, I was awarded in 2016 why was it not added? I was awarded my retro pay up to
the hearing date for my back pay and then 200 something for so many weeks for the scar on my neck and in her conclusion
of law mentioned the scar on the FRONT of my neck. 
We would like to say thank you to the ones who helped, who actually like to do their jobs and not take advantage of disabled people and guided us the right direction.
