They want to be so wrapped up over saving money for a company who in the long run don't give a fuck if you live or die, she died from liver complications all the stuff I just got help for. and abuse from her husband who turned away the amulance and just left her go he wants to say he walked in and found her that way but I have a tape from the Monroe State Police that showed up when I contacted them and said he was refusing treatment so John who's fucking lieing, I ever get you dude, what you do O.D. her on her meds? no funeral right to the creatorium? got something to hide dress wearing freak? I get you, you'll beg for death! and what gets me is she called incohearant and left a message right before so I really wonder if you murdered my sister, No I believe you did & I'm calling you out on it faggot! and I' m here, stuck!!!!! I feel responsible for my grand daughters death because of my daughter picking me up when I fell, to an extent, YOU! Kenneth Spivack, I told you she had issues from the beginning when reffering to us as "The Munsters" little did you know Trish "Your Marilynn had problems since childhood and when you told her when we met she had power of attorney she in her mind started assuming resposibilities, AND WE DIDN'T KNOW AT THE TIME OF HER EXPEXTING AGAIN OF US TRYING TO GET HIM HELP.. I emailed him to keep her out of my claim, but he kept emailing her then he heard about the baby, met 2 times with her and gave her a number and that was that left her vulnerable, Victoria Eckert you could of stopped all this by just filling the perscriptions that you were ordered by a judge, everything happening to me all stems from the injury or I would be doing my life not fighting for it, for HEAVENS Sake woman take responsibility for your actions, not once did you see me for your self, You just judged me from paper? WOW! 
WHY? because this hangs on your shoulders every time she had to pick me up or catch me from a fall. It strained her. It was your call not to get the equipment nut? But ok for a trainee to ride with passengers and not have all his paper work , yup you would defend that,, tell it to Lucifer! I remember being under anastesia still from the surgery and needed the bathroom and got up and drug my self over, the pipe was broke in the toilet the floor flooded and I sat when I stood being disrobed and shoeless my feet slid back behind the toilet I fell into the porcelin sink, by then someone realized I wasn't in bed and they got my wife, If you don't believe me check the surgery date 1/17/2012 and I was done after 4 and in recovery you will see an emergency c-scan at 10 30 ish and thats when it happened. So tell me who knows whats going on , down to conversations in and during the operation right Dr.Lee? (Jallo was late) so thank you for being so fucking good at your jobs that it cost me my grand daughter and thats my OPINION AND HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT, BECAUSE IT'S TRUE!!! This still has my daughter in and out of a mental facility., All the fun shit I have to try to deal with while stuck here and you play GOD (and you will pay for it) and refuse everything my attorneys ask for, or you just have a personal vendetta against me for being part Spanish and/or Irish? | 1. How did you explain a settlement to Fran he has a hard time talking and our phone is crap. . 2. What about these things that are happening now his hernia from lifting in and out of bed, the bone spurs and other issues occurring from the fallout and the what of the utilities for him to function? the script for a hospital bed, and motorized wheelchair, (I can't push him remember I dislocated my hand when he fell and I tried to get him up?) and what of a care giver as we plan to go back to work?, who's going to monitor him? maybe he wouldn't of had many of the falls he sustained if he had one but that was also their call and why was he neglected for one? & last 7 years forcing me to take care of him? The arguing and fighting he's been trapped inside under involuntary and controlled house arrest for lack of their payment. They created the problem by covering an illegal company. He is the VICTIM yet treated like a criminal. 3. What of later down the road and he needs medical treatment and what if he passes? Are they going to cover it? 4. What of my last 7 years taking care of him am I going to be compensated? 5. So you say they want to settle? I think I should contact my attorney and see what they recommend. Because what I witnessed in his case was far from legal justice. 7 years of medical negligence and non responsive answers to adequate questions even seen a wheelchair payment held over his head to take an ALS test, IT COULD OF BEEN COURT ORDERED! See it's how the whole claim was handled? and it's been flawed from the start with bias. We witnessed just a lot of talking and hollering over each other with false promises and I would testify to that in court. Please call and elaborate on your thoughts and what you talked with him about because I am legally married to him and I'll be the one picking up the pieces. How did I know? my daughter called me , he forgot you even called. My 74 year old mother had hernia surgery this morning and I have been in DELCO memorial hospital all day so as you can see I am all over the place so I would like to read what YOU think is justified because the way we all see it, Nick my old attendant was trying to get his license and didn't finish the general knowledge test and by that should of never had passengers on board, employees or children and it's the reason why things are as they are. PS: And what of that Dr. E. Paterik who lied and said he had a seizure? I witnessed that also, She never tested him but called it a seizure, called it into the D.M.V. Then said to see a neurologist? wow love how these wackos take advantage of insurance companies and will apperently do or say anything to make something out of nothing,from high blood pressure to a seizure, I am not a certified physician but wouldn't it be more like a stroke? they were having words and she abused her autthority and status plain and simple. It shows he's never had a seizure but had high blood pressure even the Triage nurse said his pressure was high and that was the only test? BETTER GO BACK TO SCHOOL REDS! Now I have to be a cab driver for him? Because she "Elizabeth Peterek MD" misdiagnosed him? Inoperable surgery, to the bonespurs that make him choke daily (still no dentures you won't fill the script and he's labeled an aspiration risk because of the surgery's fall out). All your names are on list through the years. And a well proven 4 years with no doctor and his lawyer just realized it recently? (hell he has to keep asking the same questions? smh So then WE (lawyers take their money and offer little assistance) had to find a doctor and his wokmans comp pain managent doctor told him to go to Temple Hospital, who recently cured him of HEP C contracted at Jefferson through the surgery. Mrs.Pereira has no problem with Mr.Pereira's vindication. Now because of it being put off from negligence, now it's in operable unless life threatening SO HE GETS TO NOT EVEN TRY TO LIFT ANYTHING AND WHEN HE HAS A REAL BAD CHOKING ATTACK FROM BROKEN DENTURES ,BONE SPURS IN HIS NECK FROM THE FUSION AND THE HERNIA POPS AND HE PASSES? YOUR ALL OK WITH INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER, WRONGFUL DEATH, & A FEW MORE BECAUSE EVERYONE WAS TOLD WHAT WAS GOING ON, YOU ALL KNEW ABOUT THIS JOURNAL WHY LOOK BAD WHEN YOU COULD OF LOOKED GREAT?
